The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, catering experience, and the ability to manage budgets, customer service, and marketing efforts while ensuring health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in pizzeria/restaurant management or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating catering (off-site/high-volume trays).
• Ability to prepare pizza and full Italian-American menu.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with MS Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop short and long-term goals and KPIs for the restaurant.
• Maintain food cost and payroll percentages within guidelines.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Hands-on Pizzeria/ Restaurant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance and financial well-being. You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant’s high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful pizzeria.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop short and long-term goals and KPIs for the restaurant
• Maintain acceptable food cost & payroll percentages
• Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews
• Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
• Create and maintain a food and beverage budget within our guidelines
• Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
• Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management
• Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events
• Track food and supply stock, place food orders, and reduce waste.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 2 years of pizzeria or restaurant management experience
• Catering Experience: Proven history managing off-site or high-volume tray catering
• Culinary Skills: Ability to make pizza and cook a full Italian-American menu
• Schedule: Availability to work nights, weekends & holidays
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and POS software
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
