Paisans Pizzeria And Bar is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, mentor staff, and maintain high guest service levels. You will drive quality, manage scheduling, and control costs to uphold Paisans standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. In-person work with flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience (full-service preferred).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure consistent food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage staffing: hiring, training, scheduling, and performance feedback.
• Monitor financial performance (labor, food costs, waste, etc.) and control costs.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Foster a positive, high-energy work environment aligned with Paisans culture.
• Work closely with upper management to implement operational goals and initiatives.
