Dunkin' New Bern, NC is seeking a Restaurant Manager with 2+ years of leadership experience in quick-service, retail, or hospitality to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will develop a high-performing team, handle scheduling and inventory, and ensure brand standards. Experience with CrunchTime or HotSchedules is preferred; strong coaching and communication are required. This is a full-time position with benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience leading teams in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience hiring, training, and developing employees.
• Scheduling and inventory management experience.
• Experience with CrunchTime, HotSchedules, or similar systems preferred.
