Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a Restaurant Manager with 2+ years of leadership experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality. Lead daily operations, develop a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and systems such as CrunchTime or HotSchedules is preferred. The role offers full-time hours, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth within a growing restaurant franchise known for its positive guest

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality environments.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience hiring, training, and developing employees.
• Experience with scheduling and inventory management.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CrunchTime, HotSchedules, or similar systems is preferred.
