Qualifikationen

• 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Ability to lead and train staff.
• Availability to work all shifts and weekends.
• Pass background check and drug screen.

Aufgaben

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant according to company standards.
• Schedule staff to meet guest flow and manage labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the GM.
• Maintain relationships with management and crew and provide coaching as needed.
• Conduct team meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety and training.
• Maintain inventory and ensure adherence to food cost and quality standards.
• Ensure cash procedures are followed and reports are accurate.
