Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Wamiliar with HR, sanitation, safety policies (from job notes).
• Strong conflict-resolution skills and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant.
• Schedule staff to cover guest flow and manage labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the GM.
• Maintain relationships with management and crew; coach when needed.
• Lead meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Control inventory and ensure proper cash procedures and records.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations.
