Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant in line with company standards and regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to cover guest flow and manage labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under supervision of management.
• Maintain teamwork and coach, counsel and discipline as needed.
• Run crew and management team meetings to discuss procedures and promotions.
• Maintain inventory and cash controls per company standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation and security policies.
