Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Manager (Assistant) for our Franklin, VA Hardee's restaurant. You will support the Senior/General Manager, lead and motivate crew, and help maintain brand standards for service, food quality, safety, and cleanliness.

The role offers competitive pay up to $19/hour, weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement within a family-owned, Christian-based company renowned as a major Hardee's franchisee in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Loves Serving and Helping Others.

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager.
• Assist in achieving sales growth while maintaining high standards of quality, service and cleanliness.
• Interview and hire qualified staff per company standards and regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and handle guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Train and develop crew under supervision.
• Maintain inventory and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
• Conduct meetings and uphold safety, sanitation and security policies.
