Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a high-volume role.
• Fast Casual Restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong organizational leadership and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads through service and motivates the team to provide a memorable dining experience.
• Partners with General Manager and other leaders to train and develop staff.
• Ensure health, safety, and labor standards are met and followed.
• Oversee scheduling, shift management, and weekly manager meetings.
• Support food, cost, and revenue objectives with the leadership team.
