Job summary

Stonefire Grill seeks a Restaurant Manager to supervise daily operations and deliver an exceptional dining experience. This role partners with General Manager, AGM, and EKM to mentor managers and staff, maintain service standards, and drive sales and cost objectives.

You will oversee shift management, food safety, guest satisfaction, and training programs, while building relationships with guests, catering events, and restaurant teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a high-volume role.
• Experience in fast casual and catering preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational leadership and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for service.
• Willingness to be coached and developed.

Responsibilities
