Job summary

Stonefire Grill Management is seeking a Restaurant Manager to help provide guests with an exceptional dining experience on every shift. You will partner with leadership to train, coach, and maintain service standards while managing a high-volume team in a fast-paced setting.

You will lead through service, empower staff, and ensure safety, quality, and cost objectives are met. The role emphasizes collaboration with GM/AGM/EKM and cross-functional teams to drive guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a high-volume restaurant role.
• Strong organizational leadership and exceptional communication skills.
• Open to coaching and development, values that are critical to the Company.
• Fast Casual Restaurant and catering experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Leads through service and empowers the team, upholding the company mission and values.
• Maintains a team and guest focus on every shift and fosters respect and loyalty.
• Partner with GM/AGM/EKM to train, coach, and implement service standards.
• Oversees food preparation and portioning to ensure recipes and standards are met.
• Schedules and attends Weekly Manager and KM Meetings; performs other duties as assigned.
