Job summary

Stonefire Grill is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a driven team, and ensure an outstanding guest experience in a busy full-service setting.

You will collaborate with the General Manager and other leaders to manage scheduling, training, safety, and financial performance while upholding Stonefire's standards. This on-site role requires a customer-focused leader who coaches staff and fosters a positive culture across FOH and BOH.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a high-volume role; catering experience preferred.
• Strong organizational leadership and exceptional communication skills.
• Passionate, fun, positive and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience on every shift.
• Partner with GM, AGM and EKM to train and develop managers and staff.
• Ensure adherence to health/safety standards and company policies across shifts.
• Manage scheduling, payroll influence and cost controls to meet objectives.
• Lead service through Circle of Service and maintain brand standards across all touchpoints.
