Job summary

Stonefire Grill, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at Valencia and Santa Clarita locations. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences through strong team leadership and adherence to brand standards.

You will partner with GM, AGM, and EKMs to drive service quality, safety, and performance while coaching staff and managing peak shifts in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a high-volume role.
• Fast Casual Restaurant and catering experience preferred but not required.
• Passionate, fun, positive and results-oriented.
• Strong organizational leadership and exceptional communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial and driven by accomplishment.
• Lover of people, food and service, and the magic that exists in their confluence.

Responsibilities

• Leads through service and empowers the team on each shift.
• Maintains a team and guest focus while performing responsibilities.
• Partners with the GM and other managers in coaching and training.
• Ensures health, safety and sanitation standards are met.
• Oversees catering events and restaurant operations.
• Prepares schedules and conducts weekly manager meetings.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the General Manager or AGM.
