Carrabba’s Italian Grill in Waldorf, MD is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the daily FOH/BOH operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and uphold brand standards. The role requires strong leadership and a passion for hospitality.

You will recruit, interview, and hire staff, schedule shifts, implement safety protocols, and mentor hourly team members while engaging with the local community to build loyalty.

Qualificações

• One year of restaurant management experience is required.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Certification in food safety is preferred.
• Must be able to relocate within the assigned region.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with staffing levels by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
• Actively participate in the career growth of hourly team members.
• Implement security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests.
• Comply with safety, sanitation, and company policies; meet health standards.
