You will manage staffing, train staff in customer service best practices, and drive gross revenue growth while upholding brand standards and hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or Hospitality Manager.
• Strong customer service background focused on guest experience and operational excellence.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge with ability to educate staff on menus and ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations (FOH and BOH) and maintain service excellence.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent; train and mentor staff for operational excellence.
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction; handle guest concerns professionally.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and cost controls; develop marketing and promotional strategies to increase guest traffic.
• Create detailed weekly, monthly, and annual revenue/expense reports and oversee inventory.
