The One Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional service and a dynamic dining atmosphere. You will guide a team to deliver memorable guest experiences while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

As a key leader, you will manage staffing, performance, and costs, while driving brand initiatives and local outreach to attract guests.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership.
• Strong customer service focus and guest experience drive.
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverages, menus, and ingredients.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (OpenTable, POS, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience handling budgets and P&L reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain service excellence and provide an elevated guest experience at all times.
• Monitor product quality, vendor relationships, and sanitation/safety compliance.
• Organize staff shifts and ensure optimal floor coverage.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop a high-performance team.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve productivity.
• Foster team morale and a collaborative, high-energy work environment.
• Deliver superior guest service, handle concerns, and resolve issues promptly.
• Uphold the brand image and drive local marketing and partnerships.
• Monitor restaurant revenue and expenses; identify areas to optimize sales and control costs.
• Create weekly/monthly/annual revenue reports and manage inventory/purchasing strategies.
