Job summary

The One Group in Columbus is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring service excellence and staff performance while driving guest satisfaction and financial results.

You’ll lead a high-energy team, implement hospitality standards, manage schedules, and partner with leadership on marketing and promotions to grow guest traffic. EVerify is used for U.S. employment eligibility.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in restaurant management
• Strong customer service and guest experience focus
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge and menu education
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (OpenTable, POS, etc.)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage budgets and P&L

Responsibilities

• Operations Leadership: oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house management and staff coverage.
• Team Development & Staffing: recruit, hire, onboard, train, and mentor top talent.
• Guest Satisfaction & Brand Development: ensure exceptional service and elevate guest experience.
• Financial & Business Performance: monitor revenue/expenses, optimize costs, generate reports.
