Job summary

The One Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and high-energy service standards. You will lead a team, manage front- and back-of-house activities, and uphold brand hospitality across shifts.

You will drive profitability, monitor budgets, train staff in service excellence, and develop local partnerships to promote THE ONE GROUP’s dining concepts.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience as a Restaurant/General Manager or Hospitality Manager.
• Strong focus on guest experience and operational excellence.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge and staff education ability.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (OpenTable, Avero, POS).
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Acute financial management skills with budget and P&L experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations for service excellence.
• Maintain elevated guest experience and seamless dining from start to finish.
• Monitor product quality, vendor relations, and sanitation compliance.
• Organize staff shifts and ensure adequate floor coverage.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent for a high-performing team.
• Train and mentor staff; conduct performance appraisals and feedback.
• Drive brand presence through events, partnerships, and promotions.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability; optimize sales and waste.
