Responsibilities

• Manage hourly employees, including performance evaluations, coaching and discipline.
• Review applications, interview and hire or recommend hires.
• Direct work: set hours, schedules, and task assignments.
• Drive sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction.
• Provide and schedule Front of House and Back of House training.
• Supervise production and preparation following recipes and procedures.
• Enforce security measures for staff and guests safety.
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs with weekly inventory.
