Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations and staff. You will drive sales, ensure guest satisfaction, and enforce policies while maintaining safety and cleanliness throughout the restaurant.

You will train Front of House teams, conduct performance evaluations, manage liquor costs, and schedule staff to deliver Legendary Food and Legendary Service to guests. This role offers growth and recognition within a people-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction
• Enforce employment policies and maintain restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
• Provide and direct Front of House training
• Evaluate and coach Front of House staff; conduct reviews
• Manage liquor orders and control liquor costs
• Ensure Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines are followed
• Develop key employees and supervisors through feedback and coaching
• Review applications, interview, and hire Front of House staff
• Schedule staff and assign tasks across open hours
• Create a fun, safe environment aligned with company values and goals
• Oversee safe food handling procedures
