• Manage hourly employees, including performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend candidates for hourly roles
• Direct schedules, hours, and tasks before, during, and after restaurant open hours
• Drive sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction
• Provide and schedule Front of House and Back of House training
• Supervise food production and preparation per recipes and procedures
• Conduct line Taste & Temps checks
• Enforce security measures to protect staff and guests
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs via weekly inventory
• Apply safe food handling procedures consistently
• Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with company values and goals
