• Lead pre-shift meetings and oversee line, temperature, and cooler checks; manage closing duties.
• Organize and supervise opening/closing shifts to ensure guest and employee satisfaction.
• Provide guidance to hourly and management teams and promote our culture of caring.
• Address guest and employee needs quickly and effectively.
