Motek Florida manages Mediterranean dining experiences with hospitality excellence. The Restaurant Manager leads daily operations, champions guest satisfaction, and guides a true service culture across the team to deliver memorable dining experiences.

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll supervise scheduling, coaching, and performance feedback while driving sales performance and maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience in a full‑service dining environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of daily restaurant operations and service standards.
• Proven ability to handle guest concerns professionally and with care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure service standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members.
• Assist General Manager with scheduling, onboarding, and reporting.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management to hit sales, labor, and service targets.
• Monitor service flow and staffing levels for efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Uphold food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Support inventory control and cost awareness.
