Motek Florida in Miami seeks an experienced server to join our Mediterranean concept restaurant. You will greet guests, introduce the concept, take orders and provide confident recommendations to ensure a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities include delivering food promptly, maintaining cleanliness, and coordinating with kitchen and bar staff. Must have at least 2 years of server experience, flexibility for nights/weekends/holidays, and Toast POS familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a server role.
• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Toast POS system experience preferred.
• Basic liquor/wine knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service in a high-volume dining environment.
• Greet guests promptly, introduce the restaurant’s concept, and manage tables to ensure smooth guest flow.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the menu and beverages to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders with speed and accuracy.
• Deliver food and drinks efficiently with correct orders and presentation.
• Anticipate guest needs and multitask across multiple tables.
• Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, stations, and work areas.
• Process payments quickly and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
