Motek, part of Happy Corner Hospitality, is seeking a General Manager to own daily restaurant operations in our Eastern Mediterranean concept. You will lead front- and back-of-house teams, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive brand standards, service excellence, and financial performance.

You’ll develop staffing plans, mentor managers, manage budgets and COS, monitor reports, and push sales growth through marketing and guest engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Five+ years of leadership in high-volume restaurant operations.
• Degree in hospitality, business, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of service standards and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing budgets and labor costs to achieve financial goals.
• Ability to plan staffing and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaborative leadership style.
• Experience with marketing and sales initiatives is a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus.

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations for front- and back-of-house.

• Keep leadership informed of sales performance and key operational issues.
• Drive sales growth through marketing initiatives and staff incentives.
• Manage budgeted revenues, COS, labor, supplies, and OCF.
• Review monthly profit and loss statements and take action on variances.
