Motek, part of Happy Corner Hospitality collective, seeks a General Manager to oversee daily operations of a Mediterranean restaurant in Miami. You will lead front- and back-of-house teams, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive financial performance while fostering a positive, high-performing culture.

The role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and passion for hospitality. Experience with staffing, budgeting, and marketing initiatives is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of leadership in high-volume restaurant operations.
• Degree in hospitality, business, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in budgeting, labor, inventory, and costs.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front- and back-of-house operations to ensure quality.
• Lead and mentor floor managers and staff.
• Maintain service quality and guest experiences.
• Monitor budgets, COS, labor, and operating cash flow.
• Drive sales growth through marketing and promotions.
• Prepare staffing plans and recruitment.
• Report to C-suite on performance and variances.
