Texas Roadhouse is hiring a Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations and manage Front of House employees. You will ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service to guests, drive sales, and maintain safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, interviewing, and coaching staff, plus managing liquor orders and costs while obeying liquor laws. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Front of House operations.
• Proven ability to train and develop staff.
• Experience enforcing policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Enforce employment policies and oversee cleanliness and safety.
• Provide Front of House training.
• Coach and evaluate Front of House staff.
• Manage liquor orders and control costs.
• Enforce liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Develop key employees through daily feedback and coaching.
• Review applications, interview, hire Front of House staff.
• Set hours, weekly schedules and assign tasks.
• Create a fun, safe environment aligned with core values.
