Job summary

Schulte Hospitialty Group in Baton Rouge is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations. You will train staff, supervise service, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold health and safety standards while delivering memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred.
• Minimum two years supervisory experience in food and beverage.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; guest-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Manage front of house operations for the Restaurant/Hotel.
• Provide training, supervision and hands-on support.
• Direct staff to achieve food and beverage goals and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure food and beverage prep meets brand, safety and hygiene standards.
• Hire and train service staff; manage payroll bi-weekly.
• Support MOD program and other duties as assigned.
