This role offers a competitive salary range of $50,000–$52,000 plus bonus potential, medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k), and PTO. You’ll own P&L, labor, and food costs while growing into larger leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a full-service restaurant
• Comfortable leading teams through fast-paced rushes
• Strong grip on P&L, labor, and food costs
• Hands-on leadership style, not afraid to jump in
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsabilités

• Run daily operations across front and back of house
• Coach and motivate staff during high-volume shifts
• Monitor food quality, speed, and guest satisfaction
• Manage labor costs, scheduling, and inventory ordering
• Step in to resolve guest concerns on the spot
