Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or similar

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily restaurant operations with high standards for food quality, hospitality, and safety.
• Coach, develop, and mentor Team Members, Trainers, Team Leaders, and Coordinators.
• Build a positive, accountable team culture rooted in belonging and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen restaurant systems and guest experience.
• Partner with Owner/Operator and Directors to achieve restaurant goals and develop future leaders.
• Demonstrate ownership by addressing challenges and following through on commitments.
