Job summary

Chick-fil-A Maumelle is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join its leadership team. This Director-level opportunity is for a hungry, coachable leader who values people development and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will work with an engaged Owner/Operator and a strong leadership team to strengthen daily operations, develop future leaders, and guide the restaurant through its next growth chapter while upholding Chick-fil-A's standards and values.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or similar

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily restaurant operations with high standards for food quality, hospitality, and safety.
• Coach, develop, and mentor Team Members, Trainers, Team Leaders, and Coordinators.

• Identify opportunities to strengthen restaurant systems and guest experience.
• Partner with Owner/Operator and Directors to achieve restaurant goals and develop future leaders.

Your Impact

• Lead and support daily restaurant operations while maintaining high standards for food quality, food safety, hospitality, and operational excellence.
  
• Coach, encourage, and develop Team Members, Trainers, Team Leaders, and Coordinators.

• At least 2 years of leadership experience, including experience coaching, developing, and holding others accountable.
  
• Restaurant or hospitality leadership experience is strongly preferred, but exceptional leaders from other industries are encouraged to apply.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with team members across different ages, backgrounds, and experience levels.
