Job summary

Carrabba’s Italian Grill in Concord, NC is seeking a restaurant manager to lead daily operations with a focus on people, service, and quality. This role oversees staffing, training, safety, and guest satisfaction while upholding the Carrabba’s brand and standards.

You will manage scheduling, participate in team development, enforce safety and sanitation, and engage with the local community. A minimum of one year in restaurant management is required; certification in food safety is a plus.

Qualifications

• One year of restaurant management experience required.
• Flexible schedule availability required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience in full-service restaurant management preferred.
• Food safety certification preferred.
• Willing to relocate within the region.
• Microsoft Office knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staffing levels by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring, while maintaining high employment quality standards aligned with the Carrabba’s brand.
• Actively participate in the career growth of hourly team members.
• Implement effective security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests.
• Comply with operational, safety and sanitation standards, company policies, laws, and health inspections.
• Respond to guest comments and build loyalty while setting the service standard for the restaurant.
• Have a working knowledge of entire menu and preparation standards.
• Engage in community and market-related opportunities at the restaurant.
