Job summary

Carrabba’s Italian Grill, LLC is seeking a Restaurant Kitchen Manager to lead the back-of-house operations at our Concord location. You will direct prep staff, ensure recipe accuracy, and uphold Carrabba’s standards of quality, safety, and presentation.

You should have at least 3 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a full-service casual environment, and be willing to work flexible hours. Legal US work authorization and a willingness to relocate are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Preferred experience in leading within a Full-Service Casual Dining or Casual Plus environment.
• Previous exposure to a scratch kitchen is a plus.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to relocate is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directing and checking the prep staff and ensuring food quality and consistency.
• Assisting in hiring and training back-of-the-house employees.
• Implementing security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests.
• Preparing kitchen equipment and production areas daily to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies and health inspections.
• Maintaining operational basics including line checks, testing, training and recipe adherence.
• Verifying menu items are prepared to Carrabba’s specifications.
• Managing staffing levels and shift assignments.
• Keeping kitchen, dish, and storage areas clean and organized.
• Checking and balancing inventory and placing food and supply orders.
• Setting excellent customer service and work examples.
