Job summary

PF Changs China Bistro seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead hands-on hospitality across front and back of house. You’ll develop an engaged team, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure strong restaurant performance in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of progressive restaurant leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in hospitality, culinary arts, or business is a plus).
• Maintain all required food safety, alcohol service, and company training certifications.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop Team Members; build leadership bench strength.
• Champion food and beverage quality, preparation, presentation, and service standards.
• Deliver memorable, personalized hospitality through coaching service, menu knowledge, and Guest recovery.
• Maintain a spotless, safe environment with sanitation checks and preventive maintenance.
• Drive sales growth, manage labor and food cost controls, and participate in inventory and ordering.
