P.F. Chang’s in Natick, MA is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. You will develop an engaged team, uphold high service and food standards, and drive performance while delivering a memorable guest experience.

You will embody our PRIDE values and manage daily operations with discipline, care, and a focus on hospitality excellence across shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant leadership in high-volume, full-service settings.
• Must be 21+ with a high school diploma (hospitality/business coursework a plus).
• Maintain required food safety and alcohol service certifications.
• Driver’s license and ability to travel for local coverage.
• Strong culinary/beverage standards, labor and cost controls, POS familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop Team Members; build leadership bench.
• Champion food/beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Deliver personalized hospitality and guest recovery.
• Maintain a spotless, safe, and guest-ready environment with sanitation checks.
• Drive sales growth, manage labor and food costs, and assist inventory/order goals.
• Support local marketing and charitable initiatives as a brand ambassador.
