Qualifications

• Progressive restaurant leadership experience in FOH and BOH in high‑volume, full‑service setting.
• Must be 21+ years old with HS diploma; hospitality, culinary or business coursework is a plus.
• Maintain required food safety, alcohol service, and company training certifications.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop team members; build leadership bench strength.
• Champion food and beverage quality, preparation, presentation, and service standards.
• Deliver memorable hospitality through coaching service, menu knowledge, speed, and guest recovery.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and guest-ready environment through sanitation checks and upkeep.
• Drive sales, manage labor and food cost controls, participate in inventory and ordering.
• Support local restaurant marketing, community outreach, and charitable initiatives as a brand ambassador.
