Job summary

Cracker Barrel is hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead both front-of-house and back-of-house operations with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. You will coach and develop your team, manage inventory, and uphold our commitment to Always Serving Up More Than a Meal.

With 2–5+ years of leadership experience and a valid driver's license, you’ll drive operational excellence across busy shifts, including holidays and weekends, in a supportive, country-hospitality culture.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities for front- and back-of-house teams.
• Ability to work 50 hours per week, including holidays and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent guest service focus and hospitality mindset.

Responsibilities
