Qualifications

• Ability to set clear expectations and hold teams accountable.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight during assigned shifts.
• Execute Chick-fil-A systems and standards consistently.
• Set clear expectations for Team Members and Team Leaders and hold them accountable.
• Monitor restaurant performance, speed of service, food quality, cleanliness, hospitality, and overall excellence.
• Identify problems quickly and take initiative to solve them.
• Open and/or close the restaurant and serve as a key holder.
• Complete cash handling and closing procedures accurately.
• Help ensure the restaurant is prepared for each daypart.
