• Strong understanding of P&L and forecasting.

Responsabilités

• Oversee FOH and BOH operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and cleanliness.
• Inspire and coach a large team while fostering a positive culture.
• Manage budget, analyze sales and costs, and implement profitability plans.
• Champion legendary guest service and promptly address guest feedback.
• Ensure compliance, cash handling, and payroll accuracy.
