Chick-fil-A is seeking a Trainer to support senior leadership in daily operations and to coach team members in a fast-paced, guest-focused restaurant. The role emphasizes service excellence, initiative, and collaboration to uphold Chick-fil-A's standards.

You will help train new hires, lead shifts, and model positive behavior, while contributing to an engaging, people-centered work culture that values community and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, proactive attitude.
• Ability to coach and model high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day restaurant operations in a high-volume environment.
• Respond quickly and respectfully to guest needs.
• Assist in training new hires and set a positive shift tone.
• Be an encouraging team player and role model.
• Open and/or close shifts and manage day-end procedures.
• Count drawers and finalize daily accounting.
