Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations for a Company-operated restaurant in Plant City, FL. The RM will manage people, operations, and financial metrics, reporting to the Restaurant District Manager.

Responsibilities include guest service, hiring, training, compliance with Brand standards and health regulations, and maintaining cash/inventory control. Salary and benefits align with retail hospitality roles in the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years restaurant management experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner and coaches team members.
• Recruits, interviews, hires, and onboarding for all positions.
• Directs team to ensure food items are prepared and served per Brand and health dept. standards.
• Monitors cash, sales, and inventory accuracy; completes required admin tasks.
