Qualifications

• Must have current food management certification
• Must possess ownership mentality
• Must have scheduling flexibility; open 365 days/year
• Must be willing to transfer to a different geographical location
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to stand and move at a moderate pace for up to 4 hours, and work 50–55 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Communicate about all kitchen issues with management throughout the day
• Read and write notes in the manager’s daily log in English
• Attend weekly manager’s meetings and monthly staff meetings
• Read the weekly memo and complete weekly/monthly employee evaluations
• Coordinate with the MOD when shifts end and report events honestly
• Ensure compliance with health code standards and company policies
