Raising Cane's in Attleboro, MA is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations, uphold standards and culture, and manage shifts. The role involves fast-paced kitchen work, guest interaction, and ensuring safety and quality in every shift.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of restaurant/retail management, strong communication, and the ability to lead a team while optimizing staffing and costs.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-driven, flexible and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively and manage staffing and costs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Must be 18+ and have 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet standards during a shift.
• Acts as manager on duty, opens and closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Directs crewmembers, provides customer service and uses recognition programs.
• Maintains cleanliness and ensures equipment and facilities are in good order.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
