You will lead a high-energy team, maintain high standards of quality and safety, manage staffing, scheduling, and vendor relations, and drive financial performance.

Formación

• Proven leadership experience in restaurant management or similar roles.
• Strong customer service mindset focused on guest experience.
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage operations and menus.
• Experience with restaurant software such as OpenTable, POS systems, and related tools.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house.
• Maintain service excellence and ensure elevated guest experiences.
• Monitor vendor relationships, product quality, and sanitation standards.
• Organize staff shifts and supervise scheduling for optimal coverage.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent; train on service practices and standards.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Foster team morale and maintain a high-energy work environment.
• Deliver superior service and handle guest concerns professionally.
• Uphold brand image and develop local promotional initiatives.
• Monitor revenue and expenses; identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Maintain inventory, purchasing strategies, and cost controls.
