THE ONE GROUP is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and leading a team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

You will drive service excellence, develop staff, manage budgets, and uphold brand standards while fostering a high-energy, guest-focused dining environment. This role requires a proven hospitality leader with strong P&L skills and familiarity with OpenTable and POS systems.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in restaurant management.
• Strong customer service focus and guest experience mindset.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge; ability to educate staff.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (OpenTable, POS).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong financial management experience with budgets and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations (FOH and BOH) to ensure seamless service.
• Lead staff scheduling, shifts, and coverage for peak periods.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performance team.
• Maintain service excellence and elevate guest experience.
• Uphold sanitation, safety, and brand standards.
• Monitor product quality, vendor relationships, and regulatory compliance.
• Create and manage weekly, monthly, and annual revenue and expense reports.
• Oversee inventory and purchasing effectiveness.
