The candidate will collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food quality, safety, and efficient service, while supervising a team in a dynamic environment and maintaining strong communication with management and guests.

Qualifications

• Strong restaurant management background with staff supervision, budgeting and problem-solving.
• Experience with POS systems and food service software.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
