Job summary

You will work with the GM on financial management and guest experiences to uphold The Hideaway Way. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a full-service restaurant and 1+ year of supervisory leadership, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in full-service restaurant.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory / leadership position.
• Criminal history background check required for all candidates.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Effective communication with Crew Members, Managers, and Guests.
• Maintain required licenses: Food Handlers and Alcohol (state and county specifics).
• Varied schedule including shifts, holidays, doubles, and events.
• Follow policies from employee handbook and training guides.
• Meet physical requirements including standing long hours and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations with GM for profitability and guest experience.
• Develop and train team, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure food quality, safety compliance, and sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory and cost control, budgeting, and forecasting revenue/expenses.
• Uphold brand standards and maintain positive culture with vendors and partners.
• Oversee maintenance of equipment and facilities and ensure inviting atmosphere.
