Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food and beverage, bar, bowling, and arcade operations across shifts in Oklahoma City. You will build and coach a high-performing team, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure smooth service flow while controlling labor and costs.

The role requires 3+ years of leadership in high-volume venues, a floor-first management style, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume food & beverage operations.
• Proven ability to drive F&B sales and build high-performing teams.
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Floor-first management style with strong guest experience focus.
• Solid financial acumen including labor, food cost, inventory, and P&L contribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food & beverage, bar, bowling, and arcade; maintain service flow and hospitality standards.
• Drive revenue through sales-focused service, upselling, guest engagement, and event support.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams to meet company standards and guest expectations.
• Own labor management, food & beverage cost control, inventory accuracy, and daily financial targets.
• Support FOH and BOH on the floor, resolve guest issues in real time, reinforce accountability.
• Ensure the center is guest-ready and operationally prepared for high-volume shifts.
