You will oversee cost control, payroll records, and compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations, while maintaining accurate daily reports and a strong, progressive work culture.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of financial aspects.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Stable and progressive work history; Strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Ensures guest satisfaction through a 'Do Whatever It Takes' attitude and hands-on leadership style.
• Motivates employees to ensure cost control and labor management.
• Inspects establishment for compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
• Ensures paperwork accuracy such as daily sales summaries, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records.
