This role involves fast-paced kitchen work, customer interaction, managing cash, supervising crewmembers, ensuring cleanliness, and delivering exemplary service; weekend/evening shifts and travel for training may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations.
• Manages shifts and cash handling.
• Ensures cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant.
• Provides exemplary customer service and supervises crewmembers.
• Directs crewmembers during shifts and enforces policies.
